Je suis une personne, je ne suis pas commerçants je nai pas de magasin pour pour vendre toutes les produits que je reçois à chaque fois! Jespère que vous allez régler cette problème dès maintenant!

I think it is time to start paying out the 5 Sarent brackets whit I ordered on 18-12- **** I was checking on my euro account for the 19,03 and a saw nothing when it was written off and went to the bank also for this problem and they told me , you paid also in the Forint as well Amazon France can pay me as well 5 times back in euros

Dear Amazone team
Unfortunately I received a double item of Shilajet in 51 euros and it costs for me double. I dont understand when how it became double.
Please I want you to tell me how can I resend one if them and refund me for that extra item?
Its very important, this amount is too much and need to be refunded.

I have been using Amazon France since 15years I guess because I find it very convenient and time saving. Recently I ordered few items but unfortunately one of those items was missing.
Maybe due to some reasons. Got refunded quickly and hassle-freely for an item missing but showing delivered.

Hallo,
Al 1 jaar ben ik aan het chatten en mailen om de subscription fees terugbetaald te krijgen bij sluiting van mijn account. Die is pas na 1 jaar actief.
Vervolgens wordt er automatisch bijna dagelijks de abonnementskosten van mijn bankrekening gehaald, in plaats dus van terugbetaling. Dit is gewoon diefstal, waar Amazon van profiteert, ook bij anderen.
Daarover ga ik nog aangifte doen bij de politie, met daarbij een rechtszaak hierover. Wat Amazon duizenden euro's extra gaat kosten.

Bonjour, j'avais acheté des bottes avec le numéro 43 et c'était pour mon père et en fait, il a besoin du 42 parce que le 43 est vraiment très grand. J'ai fait le retour et reçu le remboursement sur l'application mais je n'arrive plus à trouver le même modèle en 42 sur amazon.fr.
En fait, j'ai trouvé la même paire en 42 sur Amazon.de mais le bon de 91 et quelques centimes, je ne peux pas l'utiliser dans Amazon.de parce que j'ai été remboursé sur Amazon.fr. Et je voulais demander si vous pouvez retirer l'argent de l'application et me l'envoyer sur ma carte bancaire pour que je puisse commander les bottes pour mon père. Ça serait gentil.

Bad refund experience – money lost!
Im extremely disappointed with Amazon. Ive been waiting for months for a correct refund of 393.25.
On January 9, 2025, the amount was added to my Amazon account, even though I had clearly requested a refund to my bank account. Since then, Ive repeatedly asked for this to be corrected. Only 16 was transferred to my bank account the rest has disappeared.
Recently, Amazon promised to process the refund again as a priority, but once again to my Amazon account. I refused and insisted on receiving the money in the same way I paid to my bank account.
Since then, Ive received no further response.
All I get are excuses, never a real solution. No one seems able to fix this. Customer service ignores my repeated requests, leaving me with frustration, stress, and even health problems. Ive contacted Amazon at least 30 times, with no result.
This is not a fair or professional way of treating customers. I have the right to my money refunded properly.

You sent me a warning message on 28 February last about the recall of my Ulefone purchased from you, order no. #171-628****-796****.
I returned the phone via registered mail, using La Poste Colissimmo on 25 February 2025. Delivery to you was confirmed to me on 28 February, yet one month later I still have not received confirmation from you of its receipt, plus of course the reimbursement.
IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO EMAIL YOU, THIS IS SCANDALOUS!

I recommend to everyone not to buy anything from Amazon because the home delivery is the worst experience ever. The delivery guys refuse to deliver my packages to upper floors under the pretext that they don't have time. They are rude, menacing, and unprofessional.
I had to experience their rudeness so many times that I decided to never buy anything from Amazon anymore after complaining officially to no avail.
