I ordered a headphone, and later I realized that I selected the wrong shipping address. After changing the address, I noticed a second payment for my order. Could you please help me find a solution for my problem? I only would like to pay once, please! It happened 4 days ago, I wrote 5 different letters and tried to reach them, no reply yet. It feels like as an English speaker they don't really try to help me :(

I tried to call Amazon Us, Europe, Asia but none of them managed to help me.

My email address got deleted, so that was the only way to login into my Amazon France account. So they I phoned France without much difficulty since i live in Asia now. And I had also phoned the other Amazons around the world, but all of them failed to help me address the issue. I had my friend in France came to Amazon to help me, but due to security reason, they don't let him help me. So I am just out of wits here. Much appreciated of your time.

My iPad destroyed in incendie. Got new iPad. Cannot open my Amazon account as I have a new phone number. Tried to change phone number on account but they send code to old phone I do not have. Would be better if I can have option to receive code by email. I cannot get into my kindle on new iPad!!

Hello Team, Unfortunately, I was not able to reach a competent employee via the chat at Amazon.fr. I am a German Prime customer and redeemed a voucher on Amazon.fr from a colleague in France. Now I have received an email, am I a Prime member? If so, can you please delete my data and/or cancel? I just wanted to redeem my voucher, which was very successful, and I was pleased about that. The reply from Amazon was an automated one. It said that I could not reply to the email sent. They also provided a list of departments I could access to deal with my problem. A fat lot of use when the reason for contacting Amazon.fr was to tell them that I couldn't log in.

Nothing has changed. My account is still blocked, and I can't find anybody to talk to. I am very angry. I don't have access to my Amazon account anymore and it's really bad. I can't by books for study and research.

Most orders go well but when it goes wrong its hard to get refund

Return and refund took ages and contacting was difficult I found it very hard to get to speak to anyone
